At the apex of governance of the school is the Board of Trustees which sets goals, policies and standards for the School and ensures that these goals, policies and standards are achieved and sustained. The Board also ensures that the resources of the School are effectively utilized.
The second highest decision-making body is the Governing Council. This is a crucial decision making body vested with the powers of control and direction of the School. The Governing Council has the functions and responsibility of ratifying resolutions and decisions made by the lower organs of school administration.
The School Based Management Committee is the internal organ of the School vested with managerial functions and powers for effective and organized running of the School.
At the helm of the School administration is the Proprietor who generally oversees the affairs the Institution.
To oversee the day to day running of the School is the Principal supported by both the Vice Principal Administration and the Vice Principal Academics
